Private
Pilot License Objective: To obtain the knowledge,
skill, and aeronautical experience necessary to meet
Federal Aviation Administration Part 61 Certification
Standards.
Instrument
Rating Objective: To obtain the knowledge,
skill, and aeronautical experience necessary to fly
in less than V.F.R conditions (basically a license to
fly in the clouds, fog, rain, etc. I.M.C), 1000 ft or
less than 3 miles visibility.
Commercial
Pilot Certificate Objective: To obtain the
knowledge, skill, and aeronautical experience necessary
to operate aircraft for compensation and hire. The certificate
covers operation in a specific category and, where appropriate,
class of aircraft, such as Airplane, Single Engine,
etc.
Multi
Engine Rating Objective: To obtain the knowledge,
skill, and aeronautical experience necessary by adding
multi-engine instrument privileges to your existing
Private or Commercial Pilot Certificate.
Certified
Flight Instructor Objective: To obtain the
knowledge, skill, and aeronautical experience necessary
to authorizes the holder to instruct another person
who is training for a certificate, rating, endorsement
or flight review.
Commercial
Time Building Objective: To build PIC time
and Cross Country time to meet the requirements of FAR
61.129 (a) Certification Standards.
